Graduated in Commerce from Utkal University, Odisha . Experienced and seasoned in Social Work and started his drive during Super Cyclone in Coastal Odisha in 1999. Got recognition from Keonjhar district administration for the active participation to mitigate the problems due to Super Cyclone .
Formed an NGO namely “Centre for Nature and Tribal Care” in 2000 to serve in the field of outreach area for people living in difficult condition. Undertook various Health, General Awareness and IGP Projects partnering with Govt. and Private Corporate Agencies.
Undertook various Survey and Research work for Railways Expansion Projects, Mining Projects. And undertook various Evaluation Studies for different Govt. Departments in different districts of Odisha.

A Post Graduate in Environmental Science with Industrial Relation & Personal Management and have a track record in Mining followed by Logistics Industry for more than 30 years and have sound experience in Mining operations dealing in significant environmental impacts, Adopting energy-efficient technologies and processes to reduce energy consumption.Utilizing renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, or hydro power to power mining operations.Implementing carbon capture and storage (CCS) technologies to capture and store carbon emissions.
